Dutch Staffing Group takes majority stake in Fortress Group
Dutch Staffing Group has acquired a majority stake in Fortress Group as of October 30, 2025. With this step, the group expands into the fraud, security, and risk management sector.
Fortress Group, founded in 2004 and based in Naarden-Vesting, has built a strong reputation in recruitment, staffing, and training within the fraud, security, and risk industry. The team delivers professionals for permanent and temporary positions at HBO and academic level, and develops training programs and masterclasses focused on current challenges in the field.
The acquisition fits within Dutch Staffing Group's strategy to grow through specialist agencies that bring complementary expertise. Fortress Group will continue to operate under its own name and business model as part of Dutch Staffing Group.
